Vintage Duncan Parking Meter Blue 5c 10c 60 min Coin Operated As Is Parts Repair

Sold as is, not fully tested, for parts or repair. It shows general wear, there are some scratches, scuffs, repaint spots, fading. It does have a key, but the bracket needs to be fixed, it does not lock now. There is no coin collecting cup. No stand. The timing was tested with a Nickle, seemed to be working properly.
