Collectible decor / souvenir plate features Rouen city Coat of Arms in the center and is approximately 10" wide. It seems to be made in early 20th century by Henri Delcourt. Plate has holes on the backside for wire if you choose to hang it.
Plate shows some age and wear, some blemishes. There is some chipping on the base ring. Other than that, no chips or cracks.
