1979 Framed Collector Plate Classical American Beauties "Colleen" by Vincent from First Series of Four, Hackett American Collectors Co.Limited Edition - 5181 of 7500.
Nicely framed and ready to be hung. Measures 16.5" in diameter at the widest point.
Shows some signs of use, a few scuffs and scratches mostly to the wooden frame. On the back rim of the plate, there seems to be an old glue remands, possibly the plate has been glued to something previously.
