Sylvain Sauvage Artist Proof Colored Etching (?) "Have you Met A Lady"

This art piece shows age and wear, it has some damage to the backing, some scuffs and scratches to the frame. Etching doesn't seem to be damaged or too much faded, but we didn't take it out of the frame to inspect. However, there is a barely visible signature (seems faded) on the lower right (last photo) and to the left to it, there is also some vague writing visible (photo #11).

There is a label on the back side from art dealer / gallery Arthur Ackerman & Son, Inc. According to that label, this is Colored Artist Proof Etching "Have You Met a Lady" by S. Sauvage.

We did some research about the artist and he seems to be Felix Roy A.K.A Sylvain Sauvage, noted French artist that lived 1888-1948. We don't have COA or any other proof of this art to be a legitimate artist proof colored etching and the signature.

Produced by La Societe Des Graveurs Modernes, Paris in 1924.
